, Upon Retirement.Any person employed as a law enforcement officer by the Sheriff’s Office of Bibb County for a period of 10 years or more who retires from the office in good standing may receive from the office, without cost, a retired badge, a retired commission card, and his or her service pistol, provided the pistol is furnished by the office.(Act 2012-280, p. 568, §1.)
