§ 45-44-84-01

01The amount of any salary payments made to the Judge of Probate of Macon County beginning on January 15, 2019, and ending on March 31, 2022, which were incorrectly paid through no fault of the judge of probate, are ratified and confirmed. The salary of the judge of probate shall continue to be the salary provided pursuant to Section 11-2A-2, as provided for in Section 45-44-84.(Act 2024-202, §1.)
