§ 45-45-243-01

The first twelve thousand dollars ($12,000) received by the Madison County Commission, pursuant to paragraph t. of subdivision (2) of subsection (c) of Section 28-3-190, from the excise tax on beer shall be distributed monthly by the county commission to fund the Senior Citizens’ Prescription Drug Program in the county.(Act 2003-195, p. 515, § 1.)
