§ 45-45-82-55

When the Administrative Office of Courts or the Office of Prosecution Services resumes funding for all of the employees affected by this subpart, the balance in the Judicial Administration Fund shall be deposited in the Madison County General Fund and appropriated by the Madison County Commission.(Act 2004-262, p. 362, § 6.)
