§ 45-45-82-58

This subpart may not be construed to require the Madison County Commission to expend or appropriate any funds other than the proceeds of the fees and court costs provided for by this subpart and deposited in the Judicial Administration Fund.(Act 2004-262, p. 362, § 9.)
