§ 45-45-83-77

In addition to this subpart, all court costs, fines, victim compensation assessments, bail bond forfeitures, and restitution, and other court-ordered charges shall be considered a civil judgment which can be recorded and enforced in the manner provided by law. (Act 94-413, p. 669, § 8.)
