§ 45-48-141-04

The County Commission of Marshall County is authorized to remove such financial charge after the county commission has determined that the financial charge is no longer needed. The county commission shall hold public hearings to determine whether or not the financial charge is still needed. Procedures for such public hearing shall be the same as those in Section 45-48-141.02. (Act 83-709, p. 1152, § 5.)
