It shall be the duty of each member of the commission and each department head of Marshall County to file for public record with the commission office a sworn statement and inventory of all equipment, machinery, and property of the county in his or her custody or under his or her control before October 1 each year. Such statement and inventory shall be included in the minutes of the first regular session of the commission in October each year.
