In Marshall County, the elected district attorney in the Twenty-seventh Judicial Circuit, shall be paid, in addition to any other compensation and in addition to any other supplement provided by law, an expense allowance equal to one percent of the annual salary paid by the state to the district attorney, per month, to be paid from the District Attorney’s Fund of the Twenty-seventh Judicial Circuit.
