§ 45-49-142-10

Any fire protection and suppression service fee levied pursuant to this part shall not be construed as a tax on property. The fire protection and suppression service fee shall be levied for the purpose of funding fire protection and suppression under this part. (Act 2015-258, § 11; Act 2019-152, § 1(12).)
