§ 45-49-151-16

The license fees, commissions, and excise taxes imposed herein shall be in lieu of all license, excise, and occupational taxes to the State of Alabama, or any county, city, town, or other political subdivision thereof. (Act 86-416, p. 612, § 17; Act 86-545, p. 1082, § 17.)
