An owner of a nuisance dog who violates this subpart shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300) for the first offense and not more than six hundred dollars ($600) for each subsequent offense. (Act 2012-235, p. 437, § 8.)
