All junkyards, licensed pursuant to Section 11-80-10, located within the unincorporated areas of Mobile County shall comply with the following:(1) The junkyard shall maintain privacy fences of at least six feet in height around the perimeter of the junkyard.(2) The junkyard shall not stack more than four automobiles per stack.
