Section 45-49-23 - Purpose

Regulation in this area within the county is considered necessary for the following reasons:(1) To maintain stability and healthy competition in the wine industry in Mobile County.(2) To provide and maintain a sound, stable, and viable 3-tier system of distribution of wine to the public in Mobile County.(3) To promote the public health, safety, and welfare.
