Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this part or who shall fail, neglect, or refuse to comply with any order or notice given in pursuance and by authority of this part shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and subject to punishment as prescribed by Section 13A-7-29.(Act 81-450, p. 773, §18.)
