§ 45-49-41-07

In any action brought against a grantor under this part, any violation of this part by the grantor may be deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be an irreparable injury to the dealer in determining if temporary injunctions should issue. (Act 2008-461, p. 894, § 9.)
