§ 45-49-42-14

Any person who shall violate any provision or section of this part for which a penalty is not otherwise provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or six months in jail, one or both. (Act 81-132, p. 152, § 15.)
