§ 45-49-43-05

The license required by Section 45-49-43 shall contain the signature of the license commission and shall show the name, address, and photographs of the licensee, the date of issuance and length of time the same shall be operative, as well as the license number. The license shall be displayed at all times whenever the applicant conducts business. (Act 81-445, p. 767, § 7.)
