§ 45-49a-62

In Mobile County, any person who retired from the Board of Health of the City of Mobile prior to September 7, 1967, is hereby authorized to receive any cost-of-living increase granted other persons who have retired from employment by the city. (Act 89-493, p. 1028, §1.)
