§ 45-49a-81-02-d-1

In carrying out any program established in an enterprise zone created hereunder, the governing body of the county in which the city is situated, and all agencies of such city and county agencies created thereby, and the State of Alabama and all agencies thereof, are hereby authorized to carry out pro- grams which include, but are not limited to, those authorized for such city under subdivisions (1) to (5), inclusive of Section 45-49A-82.01.(Act 83-676, p. 1065, §3.)
