In accordance with Section 41-15-1, the Blount County Board of Education is hereby authorized to insure school buildings and property in the state insurance fund or in an insurance company, whichever in the opinion of such board provides the best coverage for such school buildings and property.(Act 82-840, p. 372, §1.)
