Section 45-5-74 - Repair and Maintenance

The county commissioners of Blount County may authorize the use of county personnel and county equipment to load sand, gravel, and chert for the purpose of repairing and maintaining existing private roads when the use of the personnel and equipment is not detrimental to the use for county purposes and when the county is compensated for the reasonable costs of the use of the personnel and equipment, including any indirect costs such as overhead and depreciation.(Act 97-611, p. 1073, §1.)
