Immediately upon May 2, 1994, the salary of the Judge of Probate of Blount County shall be increased by the amount of three hundred dollars ($300) per month, and upon receipt of the salary increase provided by this section, the judge of probate shall no longer receive the expense allowance in the same amount currently provided by law to the judge of probate as a member of the county commission.(Act 94-657, p. 1271, §1.)
