, for Any Political Purpose Prohibited.REPEALED BY ACT 2024-337, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025.No officer, agent, clerk, or employee, under the government of the county or municipality and no candidate for any county or municipal office, directly or indirectly, shall solicit or receive, or be in any manner concerned in soliciting or receiving, any assessment, subscription, or contribution, whether voluntary or involuntary for any political purpose whatsoever, from anyone holding any position in the competitive service under this subpart.
