All property of the Montgomery City/County Personnel Board and Personnel Department on December 31, 2024, shall be transferred to the Montgomery County Human Resources Department established by this subpart. All records relating to any employee of the City of Montgomery shall be transferred to the City of Montgomery Personnel Department. All records relating to any employee of Montgomery County shall be retained by the Montgomery County Human Resources Department.(Act 2024-337, §21.)
