Carr Boulevard.In honor and recognition of the significant contributions and achievements of Johnnie R. Carr to the Civil Rights Movement, Hall Street in the City of Montgomery, Alabama, is hereby renamed Johnnie R. Carr Boulevard. (Act 2003-159, p. 464, § 1.)
