; Disposition of Funds.The Morgan County Commissioner of Licenses shall add a donation line on each annual boat registration or renewal for the person registering the boat to allow the person to make a voluntary contribution to the Morgan County Rescue Squad, Inc. The commissioner of licenses shall on a regular basis distribute any voluntary contribution to the rescue squad. The Morgan County Rescue Squad shall on an annual basis report to the Morgan County Legislative Delegation on its use of the funds. (Act 2012-165, p. 247, § 1.)
