The provisions of this subpart pertaining to pretrial release shall be applied in conformity with the principles and guidelines set forth in Rules 7.2(a) and (b), 7.3, 7.4, and 7.5 of the Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure. (Act 2004-544, p. 1150, § 7.)
