§ 45-52-234-30

The Morgan County Commission and any municipality in Morgan County are authorized to appropriate public funds and other public property and to make the same available, either by loan, grant, or otherwise, to the commission created by Section 45-52-234.29, to assist the commission and its employees in carrying out the purposes of this subpart.
