§ 45-52-82-06

(a) In addition to any other court costs and fees currently assessed in Morgan County, the following court costs shall be assessed: (1) In all civil cases filed in the district court, including child support, a docket fee of fifteen dollars ($15) in each case. (2) In all juvenile and quasi-criminal cases in the juvenile court, a docket fee of twenty dollars ($20) in each case. The fee shall be collected in all cases in which the defendant is found delinquent, a bond forfeited, a penalty imposed, or where there is issued any alias warrant of arrest. (3) In all criminal cases, including traffic cases, in the circuit and district courts, a fee of thirty dollars ($30) in each case. (3) Twenty-five percent to the presiding Circuit Court Judge’s Judicial Administration Fund to be used for any purpose for which this fund may be used. (c) An additional fee of seventy-five dollars ($75) shall be collected and paid to the Solicitor’s Fund in all cases involving issuance of a worthless check.
