§ 45-52-83-02

Each member of the Jury Commission of Morgan County shall be paid an expense allowance of three hundred dollars ($300) per month. Such expense allowance shall be in lieu of any other expense allowances payable from the county and shall be paid from the general fund of the county. (Act 91-499, p. 889, § 1.)
