An elected board of education for the City of Hartselle is established. The board shall be called the Hartselle City Board of Education. The board shall be composed of five members, with each member being elected at-large by a majority of the qualified electors voting who reside in the City of Hartselle. (Act 2010-113, p. 155, § 2.)
