The county commission, as it deems necessary, shall provide the offices for the county revenue commissioner, and his or her deputies, clerks, and assistants, and shall provide all stationery, equipment, and office supplies needed for the efficient performance of the duties of the office and not otherwise furnished by law by the Department of Revenue, the Department of Finance, or the Comptroller.
