Except as otherwise provided in this part, all proceeds from the taxlevied by this part shall be deposited into the Pickens County General Fund andshall be allocated to the Pickens County Tourism Association for the promotion of tourism.(Act 96–49, 1st Sp. Sess., p. 67, § 5.)
