All revenues arising from the taxes levied by this subpart shall beused exclusively and solely for public school purposes within Pickens County,including payment of principal of and interest on any obligations issued forpublic school purposes by Pickens County or by the Board of Education ofPickens County, and payment of all expenses, costs, fees, and commissions which may be incurredwith respect to the issuanceof any such obligations.(Act 82–359, p. 512, § 5.)
