§ 45-54-243-04

The proceeds from the tax levied, less the amount orpercentage of the actual cost of collection as may be agreed upon by theCommissioner of the Department of Revenueand the PickensCounty Commission, shallbe distributed to thePickens County General Fund to be allocated as follows:(1) Two-thirdsof the remaining proceeds, up to an amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000),shall be allocated annually for the Industrial Development Authority of PickensCounty.(2) One-thirdof the remaining proceeds, up to an amount of twenty thousand dollars($20,000), shall be allocated for the countydrug task force.(3) Any amounts remaining after the allocations provided in subdivisions (1) and (2) shall be used as are other county funds.
