§ 45-54-70-01

The Pickens County Commission may perform maintenanceor repairs operations at and to turnouts abutting public roads for the purposeof improving safety for the traveling public and/or to correct or preventmaintenance problems to the public roads. Thescope and area of such operations shall be limited to that necessary to corrector prevent the problem to the public roads.(Act 96–409, p. 517, § 2.)
