There is levied in the Town of Gordo an additional feeof ten dollars ($10) for court costs. Fundsfrom the fee shall be deposited in the law enforcement fund to be used by the chief of police for law enforcement purposes. The chief of police shall prepare an annualreport of the expenditures made from the fund during the fiscal year.(Act 96–42, 1st Sp. Sess., p. 54, § 1.)
