§ 45-55-130-01

If the nomination is not acceptable to the county commission,the Director of Transportation shall be requested to make additionalnominations. Should the Director ofTransportation refuse or fail to make nominations, the county commission mayfill the position of county engineer with any person who has the qualificationsherein set out.(Act 88–894, 1st Sp.
