The county engineeris designated as the personauthorized to make writtenrequisition upon the duly designated purchasing agency for all articles,materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the maintenance and construction of roads, highways, bridges, and ferries in the county.(Act 88–894, 1st Sp.
