§ 45-55-130-14

The county commission is prohibited from authorizing or performing anywork on private property. Anyviolation of this part shall be punishable by a civil fine of not more thanfile hundred dollars ($500).(Act 88–894, 1st Sp. Sess., p. 447, § 15.)
