(a) This subpart shall not beconstrued to modify any provisions of Section 22–8–1.(b) The Pike County Judge ofProbate shall give notice and set a hearing for cause shown when deauthorizing any designated law enforcement agency.(c) The Pike County Judge ofProbate shall not be liable for the acts of any designated law enforcement agency or officerpursuant to this subpart.(Act 2019–536, § 5.)
