Section 45-55-200 - Budgetary Operations of License Inspector

The budgeted expenditures of the office of license inspector asdetermined by the Pike County Commission in its annual budget shall be financedon a pro rata share basis from the net proceeds of state, county, and municipalmobile home registration fees and permits and from the net proceeds of stateand business licenses collected in the county.All proceeds from the distribution shall be used to offsetexpenditures in the office of the license inspector, as approved by the PikeCounty Commission.(Act 99–558, p. 1210, § 1.)
