Section 45-55-220 - Residents Over 65 Years of Age Exempt from Fishing Lake Admission Fee

Any person who is a resident of the state of Alabamaand over 65 years of age shall be entitled to fish in the Pike County publicfishing lake operatedby the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, without therequirement of payment of any admission fee.(Act 87–451, p. 668, § 1.)
