Subject to the approval of the county commission, thecounty revenue commissioner shall within the policies and procedures of thecounty commissioner appoint and fix the duties of a sufficient number ofdeputies, clerks, and assistants to perform properly the duties of his or heroffice. The acts of the deputiesshall have the same force and legal effect as if performed by the countyrevenue commissioner.(Act 93–381, p. 655, § 3.)
