The provisions of this part shall be construed in pari materia with anyand all other provisions of law, or partsof law, relatingto taxes, tobaccoproducts, or firefighting departments;provided, however, that all laws or parts of laws which are in directconflict herewith are hereby repealed.(Act 89–496, p. 1030, § 10.)
