§ 45-55-81-43

The judge of probate shall charge and collect the same fee that is prescribedin the general law for a like service when performed by the tax assessor, taxcollector, revenue commissioner, or license commissioner as the case may be.All fees shall be the property of Pike County and shall be paid into the generalfund of the county.(Act 95–669, p. 1465, § 4.)
