The Comptroller, the state Department of Revenue, and the state Department of Finance shall furnish the Judge of Probate of Pike County all books,records, and blanks now or hereafter requiredby law to be furnishedto judges of probate,tax assessors, tax collectors, revenue commissioners, or license commissionersin connection with the performance of their duties in the issuance of automobile licenseplates, and the assessment and collection of thead valorem tax on motor vehicles.(Act 95–669, p. 1465, § 7.)
