All laws of Alabama relating to the recording of realproperty instruments, personal property instruments, general propertyinstruments, miscellaneous instruments, and other instruments and records thatmay constitute part of an improved recording, archiving, and retrieving systeminstalled hereunder, including, without limitation, Section 12–13–43, and allstatutes respecting the filing and recording of notices or statements of liensof any kind, notices of lis pendens,declarations of claims or exemptions, certificates of judgment, or plats ormaps showing subdivisions of real estate that are not inconsistent with thissubpart shall continue in effect with respect to an improved recording, archiving, and retrieving systeminstalled hereunder, the recordingof instruments therein, and the duties of the judge of probate with respect thereto.(Act 2003–155, p. 458, § 5.)
