The City Councilof the City of Troy, by ordinance, may regulate and permitthe sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises and off-premises consumptionafter 12:00 p.m. on Sundays, as determined by the governing body, by properlylicensed retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board serving thegeneral public.(Act 2017–309, p. 46, § 1.)
